TORONTO – Individual day tickets are on sale for the Olympic and Para-swimming Trials – presented by RBC in Toronto April 5-10.

All available tickets can be purchased at Swimming Canada’s ticketing website. Full meet passes and weekend passes are also available.

Two-time Olympic medallist Ryan Cochrane, double Pan Am Games gold medallist Chantal Van Landeghem, and the rest of Canada’s top swimmers will be competing for their chance to represent the country at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The excitement will take place at the world-class Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre, which played host to a number of record-breaking performances by Canadians at last year’s successful Pan Am Games. Among those top performers were Van Landeghem, and her High Performance Centre – Ontario teammates Michelle Williams and Sandrine Mainville, who won gold in the women’s 4×100-m freestyle relay.

This historic event is the flagship national competition of Swimming Canada’s four-year quadrennial calendar. The six-day meet will see athletes earn spots on the team each night as they race to touch the wall first. There will be excitement, heartbreak, upsets, and record-setting performances.

Preliminary heats begin at 10 a.m. each day, with championship finals set for 7 p.m.

Additionally, clubs are now able to book group tickets through Swim Ontario.
