To apply for certification, candidates must fill out and submit the following form to Lifesaving Society at [email protected].

NCCP Swimming Teacher Application

The Lifesaving Society National Office submits a list of qualified Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor, Swim for Life Instructor, and Lifesaving Instructor candidates on a monthly basis to the NCCP Coordinator, Swimming Canada.

Each month, a Locker profile will be created for the candidates, which will provide them with an NCCP# (the candidates will be sent an email from the Locker to verify their account).

The training and evaluation for each of the candidates will be entered in their profile by the NCCP Coordinator, Swimming Canada.

In order for candidates to become fully certified as Swimming Teachers in the NCCP, they will need to complete the Making Ethical Decisions online evaluation.
