I cannot login / How do I reset my password?

From the login form, use the link below the form for FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD?. Once the form changes, select your user type in the first dropdown, then enter your email address associated with your account in the second box. If you are unsure of which email address was used or you do not receive the password reset email, please reach out to your club registrar.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?

Once logged into the system, you can edit your personal information, including the primary email address associated with the account. Your profile also supports a secondary contact that can be entered to receive communications.

How do I contact my club?

You can use our find a club feature on the swimming Canada website. The contact information is also located in your original registration email.

There are no swimmers listed or I am missing swimmers.

Swimmers are assigned to you as a “Parent Account”, which is done by your club registrar. Communicate with them as the registration process may not be completed or there may be an error in the registration.

The Date of Birth, Name or Gender is incorrect for a swimmer, but I cannot edit it.

Your club registrar can update any of the swimmer registration information. Any updates should be sent to the club.

I accidentally deleted a swimmer from my list

This does not remove the swimmer our system, it disassociated them with your parent account. Please contact your club registrar to reverse the change.

I disagreed with the email consent, but I am still receiving emails from Swimming Canada.

As part of Canadian Law, we are required to ask if you would like to receive commercial communications from us or our sponsors. We do however still communicate system issues and updates using our system.
