  • At the 2022 Bell Canadian Swimming Trials, Martel finished 4th in the 100-m breaststroke multi-class and 6th in both the 100-m backstroke multi-class and 50-m freestyle multi-class. His performances qualified him for the 2022 World Para Swimming Championships.
