Breanne’s Bio

  • At the 2017 FINA World Championships in Budapest, Siwicki was a member of the mixed 5-km open water that finished 11th. Individually, she finished 29th in the 5-km open water event.
  • Siwicki finished sixth in the 2016 FINA marathon swimming World Cup meet at Lac St. Jean to earn her way to the 2017 FINA World Championships in open water.
  • She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2017
  • At the 2017 Big Ten Championships she finished eight in the 400-yard individual medley and 13th in the 1,650-yard freestyle
  • She set the national short-course age group record (15-17) in 400-m IM in 2012, which she held until Mary-Sophie Harvey broke it in Dec. 2016
